Housewares & home goods
Home goods built to your spec, outside China.
Housewares and home-goods manufacturing from JCH Design & Manufacturing. Multi-material products — molded, metal, sewn and assembled — built to spec through vetted partner factories. Home goods made outside China, costed to your margin.
Kitchen, storage, furniture and household products that combine molded plastic, metal, wood and sewn parts — sourced, built and assembled as one program at vetted partner factories.

Why housewares brands come to us
Most home goods aren’t one material.
A chair is metal, fabric and plastic. A rack is wire, coating and hardware. When those come from different factories, the assembly and the tolerances are your problem. We own them.
Multi-material, one program
Molded parts, metal frames, wood, wire and sewn components sourced and assembled together — so the pieces actually fit.
Cost-engineered
We look at where the cost really sits — material grade, part count, assembly time — and find the margin without cheapening the product.
Built to survive use
Household products get dropped, loaded and washed. We spec the materials and joints to the real use, and inspect to it.
Capabilities
Housewares across materials.
If it lives in a kitchen, a closet or a backyard and combines a few materials, it’s in scope.
Molded plastic parts
Injection-molded housings, bins, handles and components, tooled and molded to your design.
Metal & wire
Bent tube, wire forms, welded frames and powder-coated finishes for furniture, racks and storage.
Sewn components
Slings, cushions, covers and soft parts cut and sewn to match the frame and the use.
Furniture & folding goods
Folding tables, chairs and multi-part assemblies with the hardware and joints engineered for repeat use.
Kitchen & food-contact
Food-contact products built to the material and safety spec, with compliance testing coordinated through accredited third-party labs and verified, not claimed.
Assembly & pack
Multi-part assembly, kitting of flat-pack hardware, and retail or e-commerce packaging that survives the carrier.

How it works
From your files to packaged units.
- Send product or drawingA sample, CAD or a detailed description across materials. We sign your NDA first.
- Map the costWe identify where the cost and the risk really sit, then quote molded, metal and sewn parts plus assembly as one program.
- Sample the whole productA fully assembled sample — not loose parts — measured and approved by you.
- Produce & assembleBuilt under QC and assembled to the approved sample, inspected as a finished unit.
- Pack & shipRetail or e-commerce packaging that survives the carrier, palletized and booked.
Questions
What buyers ask first.
Can you handle products that mix materials?
Yes — that’s the common case. We source and assemble molded plastic, metal, wood, wire and sewn parts under one program so the finished product fits and functions, instead of leaving you to assemble mismatched parts from different factories.
Can you help bring the cost down?
Yes. We map where the cost really sits — material grade, part count, assembly labor — and propose changes that protect your margin without cheapening the product. You approve every change.
Do you handle food-contact products?
Yes, built to the material and safety spec for the market. Food-contact and safety compliance is handled with the partner factory and verified with documentation — we never represent a partner’s certification as our own.
What’s the minimum order?
It depends on the materials and tooling involved. We quote an honest minimum for your specific product rather than forcing a single number across very different builds.
Do you ship assembled or flat-pack?
Either — fully assembled, partially assembled, or flat-pack with kitted hardware, packed for retail or e-commerce so it survives the carrier.
