Tell him what the part is and what you need. He will tell you plainly whether it suits the factories he uses and what a firm quote needs. You talk to Jack, not a sales desk.

What to have ready
Twenty minutes goes further with these.
None of them is required to book. The more of them you have, the more concrete the call.
- What the part isA photo, a sample or a sketch is enough to start. A finished drawing is not needed.
- QuantitiesThe first order and a rough yearly volume, even if they are estimates.
- Where it is made todayIf you are moving a running part: the current factory’s country, price and what is going wrong.
- Files, if you have themSTEP or IGES for 3D, a PDF drawing with tolerances. You can send them after the call too.
- Material & finishMaterial grade, color, texture, and any secondary steps such as printing, plating or assembly.
- Dates & marketsWhen you need samples and production, and where the product will be sold.

Before you book.
What happens after I book?
You get a calendar invitation by email with a Google Meet link. Jack sees what you wrote in the booking form before the call, so the 20 minutes go to your part.
Does the call cost anything?
No. The intro call is free, and so is quoting a part against a drawing.
None of the times work for me. What now?
Email jack@jchtrade.com or call or text (321) 323-4474 with two or three times that suit you.
How do I change or cancel?
The confirmation email has a link to cancel. Then pick a new time on this page.
Can we sign an NDA first?
Yes. We’ll sign yours, or use ours, before you share drawings or details.
