Matched to the part, not the price list
Jack works through a network of vetted partner factories. Each one is visited, its recent work is reviewed, and its strengths are recorded by process: mold building, injection molding, insert molding and overmolding, sheet metal, sewn goods, packaging and electronics assembly.
When your program arrives, the shortlist comes from that record. You hear which partner factory, why that one, and what would change the answer, before any steel is cut.
Offshore tooling with someone accountable
The tool is specified and reviewed before it is built: design for manufacture, cavity layout, steel choice and tool life. You get a realistic range early and a quote per project, not a number designed to win the job.
Engineering and QC oversight from Jack stays with the program after the first article, through in-process checks and pre-shipment inspection.
Contract molding and cost-down
Most cost-down comes from the part and the process, not from squeezing a unit price: removing a secondary operation, building the tool for the real volume, packing more parts per carton, and placing the work at a partner factory whose everyday work already looks like yours.

Origin is a legal fact
Goods are marked with the place they are actually made. Jack will not relabel goods to change their origin. Duty planning should come from a customs broker or a ruling; this page is not legal or customs advice.
Moving tooling into the network
