jchtrade.com is run by WJH & JCH Global Trading LLC, doing business as JCH Design & Manufacturing (“JCH”, “we”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Information, not advice

The pages and notes on this site are general information about sourcing, tooling and manufacturing. They are not legal, customs, tax or engineering advice for your situation. Tariff and duty rules change, and your HTS classification decides what you pay; check with a licensed customs broker or attorney before you rely on anything here.

Published prices and ranges are not quotes

Where the site shows costs, lead times or duty figures, they are typical ranges taken from the sources cited, or worked examples. They are not offers, estimates or quotes for your project, and we do not guarantee them. What your product costs depends on its drawing, material, volume, tooling and timing.

Quotes and orders are binding only in writing

Nothing on this website, and nothing said in a call or chat, creates a contract. A price, lead time or commitment binds JCH only when it is set out in a written quotation or agreement that JCH has issued or accepted in writing. The terms of that document govern the job.

Certifications and test reports

Certificates and lab reports shown or mentioned on the site are held by the partner factories or labs named, not by JCH, unless the site says otherwise. Ask and we will name the holder.

What you send us

If you send drawings, samples or files, you confirm that you have the right to share them. We use them to answer you and, if you engage us, to run your program. If you need a signed confidentiality agreement, ask before you send.

Our content

The text, photographs, graphics and logos on this site belong to WJH & JCH Global Trading LLC or are used with permission. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page. Please do not copy the photographs or republish whole pages without written permission. Other companies’ names and marks belong to their owners.

Links to other sites

We link to sources and other websites so you can check our work. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.

No warranty
