Factory photographs of tools, lots and first articles.
Most manufacturing websites show a warehouse in a country nobody can name. These are Jack's own pictures, taken on ordinary working days between 2019 and 2021 — the tools, the presses, the boards and the parts. Captions describe only what is in the frame.

New frames from Jack
Jack sent these over in September 2026. Steel, the press, the board and the metal, from the factories he uses. Captions describe only what is in the frame.

Tooling and molds
The expensive, long-lived part of any program. Steel that gets designed, cut, proved out and then lives for years. The injection molds Jack designed have their own page.

Jack on the floor
The person who qualifies a factory goes and stands in it.

The shop floor
Real production halls, photographed on ordinary working days between 2019 and 2022.

Electronics and PCBA
Board-level work: sourcing, build and functional test through to a finished assembly. More on electronics and PCBA assembly.

Soft goods
Not everything is plastic and steel. Sewn and webbed goods run through the same program discipline. More on cut-and-sew manufacturing.

Finished metal and consumer goods
Programs Jack's people have run to a finished unit — hitch hardware and a drying rack. Not a stock catalog. Metal parts are finished on lines like the ones on the powder coating page.

Electronics, teardown and assembly
Boards, wiring and cells. Assembly on Jack's own line and at qualified third-party factories.

Production lots and origin cartons
Castings, tube stock, packed units and cartons at origin. Volume is ordinary. The path is Jack's.

More of the floor
Earlier frames from the same Drive folder. Machines, plates, boards, cartons.

Packing and freight
The part of the job most buyers forget until it goes wrong. The retail side is on custom packaging.
Blister cards and clamshells have their own page: blister and clamshell packaging.
