This site should work for everyone who needs to reach Jack, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom or high-contrast settings. If something gets in your way, tell us and we will fix it.

Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across jchtrade.com. We have not had the site audited by an outside accessibility firm, so we describe it as working toward that level rather than certified to it.
What we have done
- A “Skip to content” link is the first thing a keyboard reaches on each page.
- Pages declare their language, use one main heading, and keep headings in order.
- Photographs carry text descriptions; decorative marks are hidden from screen readers.
- We scan the site for text that sits too close to its background color, and fix what the scan finds.
- Each contact-form field has a visible label, and the form reports errors and success in words, not only color.
- Motion effects stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Pages reflow on phones and at 200% zoom without sideways scrolling.
Known limits
- Some factory photographs are dense, and a short description cannot list each part in them. Ask and we will describe a photo in detail.
- Test reports and certificates from partner factories and labs are third-party PDFs. We cannot change their format, but we can read one out or summarize it for you.
Tell us about a problem
Email jack@jchtrade.com or call or text (321) 323-4474. Say which page and what got in the way. We aim to answer within two business days, and we can give you the same information in another format while we fix the page.
