Line watch
Factory quality control in Taiwan, China and Vietnam.
You cannot be in Taichung, Dongguan and Ho Chi Minh at 2am.
Line watch from JCH Design & Manufacturing is on-site factory inspection and quality control for US buyers: first-article, in-process and pre-shipment checks on partner lines in Taiwan, China and Vietnam.
Jack’s people can. He speaks English with you and Mandarin on the floor. Vietnamese translators sit with his inspectors in Vietnam. They watch the partner factories making your parts for the move that wrecks a program: the golden sample that does not match the lot, the resin grade that changed, the steel that is softer than you paid for, the quantity that came up short, the quiet subcontract.
The sample was a sales tool. Production is the bill.
You deal with Jack. His engineers and inspectors stay on the line. You are not buying a day-rate inspector who leaves after the Uber.
Taiwan is home court. Jack sources across Asia, and the line watch covers Taiwan, China and Vietnam. Your goods land where you need them in the United States, coast to coast.
What they watch
Incoming. In-process. Pre-ship. Quantity.
The cheap place to catch a problem is before the container. That is the only place Jack will call a catch. Where the buyer needs paper as well, the lab test reports on file sit alongside the inspection.
Incoming material
Grade, certs, and whether the steel or resin that arrived is the steel or resin on the quote. Substitution is not a rumor. It is a margin move.
In-process
Process window, cavity, the shot that drifted after the first article. His people are there while the line is running, not after you opened the crate in Ohio.
Pre-ship
Count, pack, the lot against the sample you signed. A short is still cheap at origin. It is a lawsuit at destination.
The languages
Mandarin on the floor in Taiwan and China. Vietnamese with the inspectors in Vietnam. English on the phone with you. The drawing does not get rebuilt from a WhatsApp photo.
Where
Taiwan is home court. China and Vietnam are watched.
Taiwan is a small island. Jack knows the tool shops, the machine shops, the packers. China and Vietnam stay in the network when that is the right factory — and when they are, someone who answers to you is on that floor. Origin and duty ›

What this is not
Not a day-rate inspector. Not an agent. Jack’s own people on the line.
Not a sticker game
We will not relabel a China lot as Taiwan or Vietnam to dodge a list. Origin is the floor. Jack will say which territory the lot should carry before steel is cut.
Not a people problem
The problem is the move — golden sample, substitution, short quantity, a quiet subcontract. Jack works with shops in Taiwan, China and Vietnam. He is on your side of the table.
Not an SLA on a website
No published guarantee, no blanket rework pledge. The catch is the people on the floor, and the man who answers the phone when they call him.
The line is already running. Quality is the problem.
Send a photograph of the failed lot. Jack will tell you what to look at first.
