Bags & outdoor gear
Sports bags and outdoor gear, built to take a beating.
Sports bags, packs and outdoor gear manufacturing from JCH Design & Manufacturing. Built-to-spec duffels, backpacks, tactical and travel gear with durable hardware, sewn through vetted partner factories. Low MOQs and tariff-diversified sourcing.
Duffels, backpacks, slings, tactical and travel gear — built to your spec with hardware sourced to a named grade and stitching that survives the field. Sewn at vetted partner factories, outside the China tariff lines.

Why gear brands come to us
Outdoor gear fails at the details.
A bag doesn’t fail in the panel — it fails at the zipper, the handle and the webbing junction. That’s where we spend the spec.
Built for the load
Bartacks and box-X at every stress point, webbing rated to your pull spec, and handles reinforced to carry a full, wet bag.
Hardware to a named grade
YKK-class zippers, side-release buckles and sliders sourced to a named spec — the parts that fail first, chosen on merit not price.
Outside the tariff lines
Sewn at vetted partner factories, your gear generally lands outside the Section 301 lists — often a bigger saving than the sew cost itself.
Capabilities
Everything you’d carry, built to spec.
Soft-sided gear for sport, travel, tactical and the outdoors, plus the hard cases and racks that go with it.
Bags & packs
Duffels, backpacks, slings, hydration packs, travel and gym bags — paneled, webbed and organized to your design.
Tactical & MOLLE
MOLLE/PALS fields, plate-carrier-style construction, hook-and-loop ID panels and load-bearing webbing rated to spec.
Technical fabrics
Cordura, ballistic nylon, ripstop and laminated textiles, with taped and welded seams for weather resistance.
Hardware sourcing
Zippers, buckles, sliders, cord locks, D-rings and magnetic closures sourced to a named grade and tested.
Hard cases & foam
Molded and flight cases with cut-foam inserts for gear that needs rigid protection in transit.
Durability & sampling
Reference samples, seam and pull checks, and an approved sample held so production matches the proto.

How it works

- Send design or sampleA tech pack, a sketch, or a bag you want matched or toughened. We sign your NDA first.
- Spec the failure pointsWe name fabrics, webbing and hardware, and call out the stress points to reinforce.
- Sample & pull-testA reference sample measured and tested at handles, zips and webbing junctions.
- Produce & inspectBulk sewn against the approved sample, inspected inline and pre-shipment.
- Pack & shipPoly-bagged, cartoned, marked and booked to your door.
Questions
What buyers ask first.
Can you match or toughen a bag I already sell?
Yes. Send the sample or tech pack and we’ll review the construction, name the fabrics and hardware, and quote a matching or reinforced build with the weak points fixed.
What hardware can you source?
YKK-class zippers, brand-equivalent side-release and cam buckles, sliders, cord locks, D-rings and magnetic closures — sourced to a named grade and tested, because hardware is what fails first.
What’s your minimum order?
We quote a realistic MOQ per style rather than a big-factory minimum, so an emerging gear brand can launch without over-committing cash to inventory.
Do you do hard cases and foam too?
Yes — molded and flight cases with cut-foam inserts, for gear that needs rigid protection in transit alongside the soft-sided line.
How do you make sure production matches the sample?
We measure a reference sample to your points of measure, pull-test the stress points, and hold the approved sample as the benchmark that every production lot is inspected against.
